Nano beads are manufactured so that only the correct amount of natural hair is needed to sustain the weight of each extension strand which is secured with the nano bead.
Tape-ins (NOT my method) are glued onto your natural hair — there is only hope that they are installed correctly and not damaging your natural hair due to improper sections (the adhesive alone is enough to strain & weaken your natural hair over time.
Not to mention the chemicals required to remove the tape-in weft (Acetone needed for removals) and When a tape-in falls out, a residue (the glue/ adhesive) is left on the hair which catches and breaks your natural hair (think of sticky gum getting caught in your hair).
